I can't resubmit our code changed app for review (certification again).

I received Certification Update that ask us to fix some fail problems and resubmit the app to certification again.

so we work on the certifying app with studio and fix the problems and change the version from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 then go to store publisher portal to resubmit but failed always with message box "This application requires a code change update. Please make the code changes and upload another version of this application to resubmit for review."

I have send email to the guy who response for certificate our app but didn't get response , I want to know how certification process detected if app is updated or not and what can I do now?

I am also facing the same issue. I tried your solution @Pradeep Sharma  and it created a new request entry in progress, and the old one is still under update required. Could you please tell us how to update the old one to the new app version, or should we go with the new one?
