Cannot Impersonate User After Re-Enabling Active on a Table Extending sys_user

I created a user record in a table that extends sys_user. Impersonation worked initially.
After I changed the Active field to false and then back to true, I am no longer able to impersonate this user.
The user record appears active, but the impersonate option does not return.

How can I correctly reactivate a user and restore impersonation when using a custom table that extends sys_user?

Hi @marialima,

 

can you explain how it cannot be done - is it that the user doesn't appear in the list for impersonation or it is there but if you click then nothing happens?

 

Please explain step by step your struggles.

 

Tip: when you cannot find a user, try to use their email, user name, first name, ... sometimes it finds eventually
