Cases are moved to In Progress automatically by the system even after cancelled/ resolved

Hello All,

 

Currently I am facing with the cases where the cases are stuck in the new state created via fulfillment template, the case must be automatically moved to In Progress and scheduled(planned) activities must be activated in their order. it’s not working in this way, We have a generic flow regarding this cases I have changed the wait for condition with wait for duration in the flow designer in order to sort this issue, even this doesn’t work. I am not able to figure this problem. This behavior is intermittent that too occurring whenever the first case is created with that fulfillment template. And also after the approval was rejected, the Case went to state cancelled, but then returned to In Progress. It should remain in Cancelled state right. Can someone please help me solve this issue please
