Flow designr calling SOAP webservice

Is there a limitation on flow designer that it cannot call a SOAP webservice - only REST services.

Hi, There is no limitation from ServiceNow. when you purchase integration Hub SOAP, REST,Powershell activties are associated with the subscription. If 3rd party is having a limitation that must check from their end. Especifically, attachments you should ask the capability i.e., 3rd party supports binary or base64. Based on this answer, you should select the ServiceNow Capability.
