How to Hide Unsusbscribable link from Notification footer when subscribable is unchecked

Hello community members,

I'm looking for assistance on how to handle conditional content in email notifications based on a checkbox selection. I want to implement a feature where specific content, such as an "Unsubscribe URL" and a footer note, should be displayed or hidden in the email based on the selection of a checkbox.

To clarify, when the checkbox is checked, I would like the "Unsubscribe URL" to be visible and functional, and the footer note to be displayed. However, when the checkbox is unchecked, I want both the "Unsubscribe URL" and the footer note to be hidden from the Notification. Please refer the screenshot attached.

If any of you have experience implementing such conditional logic in email templates, could you please share some insights, best practices, or code examples on how to achieve this?

Your help would be highly appreciated!

Thank you kindly.

Sunayana.

Hi @Community Alums ,

I want the Unsubscribe URL and footer note :

"If you would like to stop receiving these emails you can Unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe"

to be hidden when the Admin unchecked the Subscribable checkbox in "Notifications" for a specific notification.

If checkbox is checked

  • Unsubscribe URL should be visible and working
  • footer note should be displayed

I have gone through the URL which you have provided me, but this is not helpful for me as it is disable "Unsubscribe" & "Notification Preferences" hyperlinks, I need to hide the  "Unsubscribe" hyperlink and related notes when subscribable is unchecked.
