In ServiceNow operation workspace, Knowledge have the "New" button in workspace not perform action

In the service operation workspace (SOW), we do have knowledge and a knowledge list format in the service operation workspace (SOW) that has the "New" button, but if the user has "knowledge" role, they are able to create the article, and in SOW it's showing to the user but not performing action, but on the platform side it's working fine.
Please let me know how to resolve the issue

i tried in my PDi and it is fine, try to repair the SOW plugin or update if required.
