In ServiceNow operation workspace, Knowledge have the "New" button in workspace not perform action

In the service operation workspace (SOW), we do have knowledge and a knowledge list format in the service operation workspace (SOW) that has the "New" button, but if the user has "knowledge" role, they are able to create the article, and in SOW it's showing to the user but not performing action, but on the platform side it's working fine.

Please let me know how to resolve the issue

- Logout and login back and check.

- Repair/ Update the SOW Plugin once.

I think you need to check the code for this UX button once. else log a now support case. Also try to test the same in PDI in same laptop and browser just to sure that is not a browser issue.

The strange part is that the same behaviour applicable to customer instances as well 🙂

opps... then mate, log a Now support case, we tried all hit and trail so last option is Now Support. Please keep us posted.
