Has anyone integrated their ServiceNow instance with Microsoft Cloud App Security. Can you share your experience, specifically the do's & don'ts? The setup seems easy & straight forward.

Hello. We implement in our company. We were able to monitor and implement restrictions, but we detected serious problems:

1) General slowness when using the platform (web);
2) Failure of some visuals on the platform (web) screens. ex: fields for multiple choice of lists of values;
3) Using MFA and MCAS in the monitored URL, no ServiceNow app works (Now Mobile, Now Agent, etc).

A similar requirement came up recently and I was wondering if anyone has done this integration. I wanted to understand if there are any performance issues when the scan takes place.

Hello everyone,

My question here is why ServiceNow has not yet made an enhancement to their applications to support MCAS compatibility ? I ask everyone who can vote for my idea so that this improvement is prioritized:

Taking into consideration what Marcello has said about this I am looking into testing it with our security team,  however I am getting a forbidden 403 error setting it up with Oauth and although just using the basic username\password it does authenticate it does later come back with 403 errors.  Just wondering if anyone knew why as I have followed the guide https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-app-security/connect-servicenow-to-microsoft-cloud-app-security.

The account setting up Oauth is an Admin account,  the account tried with just username\password is also an admin account.
