ServiceNow Capability Map

Is anyone able to pull up the capability maps for any of the ServiceNow releases?  I've tried accessing NowCreate and even trying out the previous suggestions in the community:

However, I'm not able to access those sites now.  After creation of an account and logging in, I hit a 404 on the NowCreate site.  Search anything returns 0 results.
