Dear All,
Can Pega - Case Management be replaced with ServiceNow CSM? Pega currently used as various workflows starting from Sales, Orders, end to end visibility, compliance etc, appears to be more BPM tool however the module used is Case Management?
I believe ServiceNow can not and shall not use for just workflows like JBPM, Comunda or Pega of the world. Any pointers/inputs in this regard appreciated. thanks
