I have few question in regards to Otto. I have the following information and would like to confirm the harness architecture for each SKU.
SKU EmployeeWorks = Moveworks harness
SKU ITSM Foundation/Advanced = both harnesses, for IT work · built-in AI only
SKU ITSM Prime = both harnesses, for IT work · custom builds
SKU HRSD AI Packages (new HRSD tiers) = both harnesses, for HR work
SKU legacy Standard/Pro/Enterprise (ITSM or HRSD) = no harness
SKU legacy Pro-Plus/Enterprise-Plus (ITSM or HRSD) = Now Assist harness
SKU Standalone Moveworks = Just Moveworks
*both harnesses = Moveworks and NowAssist
