Hello All,
We do have below type of banking devices stored in CMDB ( in custom table) :
SOD Automated Teller Safe
SSD Banking Terminal
SSD Cash Dispenser
SSD Cash Recycler
SSD Digital Customer Terminal
I tried to find out is there any OOTB CI Class available but no luck. These devices are stored without any relationship with any application. But in future they might have relationship with technical service offering and Application service.
Can someone guide me about how to model /store these CIs in most appropriate tables?
Regards,
Naresh.

Hi @nareshTT , I'm quite sure that there are no OOTB tables, create your own CMDB tables for your purpose. You can also define suggested relationships between these tables, if the objects are interconnected. Check the available OOTB relationships. The relation to technical Service Offerings I would recommend to use dynamic CI Groups to group all provided devices by a technical Service Offering like described in CSDM.
