2024 Next Snug meeting

I am with State of Arizona DES and we are new to ServiceNow

Wondering when the next Arizona SNUG meeting will be.

We would like to know how other companies use ServiceNow for their internal help desks that do First resolution , not just route tickets to others.

Welcome to the AZ SNUG group!

I wish we had more frequent SNUG meetings. They seem to happen about twice a year. There was one in June 2023 and another in December 2023 (virtual). I've been hoping to see the announcement of another meeting soon.

I would love to offer ideas and suggestions to answer your second question. Unfortunately, I cannot. Although our internal help desk handles some first resolution, it serves mostly as a call center handling only the most basic issues - most often password resets. Otherwise, we just route tickets.

Thank you for the interest in our next AZ SNUG! We typically do 1 in-person SNUG meeting per year for our SNUGs (along with the virtual holiday SNUG in December), so the next in-person AZ SNUG will be planned for June again.

In the meantime, if there is interest in meeting up more often, please keep SNUG meetups in mind. See details HERE.
