2024 Next Snug meeting

I am with State of Arizona DES and we are new to ServiceNow

Wondering when the next Arizona SNUG meeting will be.

We would like to know how other companies use ServiceNow for their internal help desks that do First resolution , not just route tickets to others.

We can have our SNUG whenever possible depending on how many of us are interested to gather. It would be good to meet and brainstorm ideas. I can setup one if we are all interested.
