Demand module in Eureka

one of the new applications in Eureka is Demand Management.   We have set up a process where the initial demand will come from a request on the ESS portal.   however, we just noticed that the variables are not coming across to demand.   they work in incident, change, problem and other but demand doesnt work and manually created tables dont bring in variables.

is there somewhere that we have to tell ServiceNow that we want the variables to come into the forms on ServiceNow?

Well we got an answer on this from ServiceNow that we needed to created a variable formatter for Demand to make this happen.
