Good morning all,

        In the ESS portal I want to show the customer ALL of the tickets that they opened not just the active tickets. My dilema is someone else set this up for us and I can not seem to locate where they did this from a global perspective not just for a single person. I've looked at the content pages, blocks, lists, iFrames, etc. I am not sure what I am missing. Does anyone have a proposed solution.

I can help you on this, please provide a screenshot of your ESS page, probably it will be a Iframe where the query was written.

Go to the header of the page,


1. Go to pages module under Content Management.


2. select the page, edit page.


3. then select the heade and then botoom menu.


4. From bottom menu select the required emnu item.


5. select redirect to as (specified url)


6. URL:: https://demo019.service-now.com/incident_list.do?sysparm_query=caller_id%3Djavascript%3Ags.getUserID...
