Good morning all,

        In the ESS portal I want to show the customer ALL of the tickets that they opened not just the active tickets. My dilema is someone else set this up for us and I can not seem to locate where they did this from a global perspective not just for a single person. I've looked at the content pages, blocks, lists, iFrames, etc. I am not sure what I am missing. Does anyone have a proposed solution.

Chandan, I replied "Answered" because I realize that I did not mark this as a question. Is there another way that I should mark this as answered. I apologize but I am new to the ServiceNow community and still getting familiar with how things work.
