Hi @aashu002,

 

verify that Implementation plan has name "implementation_plan" > sometimes there are exceptions, for example Caller, Channel, Service, Config Item as seen on Incident form:

So the Implementation plan might be also different..

 

And if it is correct value, then try to remove it, save it, add it and save again.. the lab instances might have sort of glitches, so it's always good to retry again if not validated.. 

 

 

 

EDIT: implementation_plan is ok...

EDIT2: is the Service field present on the form? when you want to copy the value, it might be necessary to add it on the form (not sure)
