Hi Team,
I am working on a ServiceNow Now Learning lab where the validation is failing with the following questions:
Is the list filtered to only display active incidents?
Is the list sorted so that Priority 1 – Critical incidents appear at the top?
Was the List Editor used to modify the State field for 10 Priority 1 – Critical incidents?
I have applied the filter as instructed:
State | is not | Closed
Assignment group | is not empty
Assigned to | is not empty
I also sorted the list by Priority so that 1 – Critical incidents are at the top and used the List Editor to update the State field for 10 Priority 1 incidents.
However, the validation still fails.
Could someone please clarify:
How to ensure the filter is applied correctly so the task validates
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
