hi,

 

I am facing some problems in the incident form; when I click the search option,  nothing is shown.

Check if you configured any reference qualifier on task or incident table. Also check for override reference qualifier..

If you are referring to Related Search, the results are displayed based on the Short Description provided in the record.

If you are referring to fields like Caller, Service, or Assignment Group, please verify whether records exist in the respective tables (User [sys_user], Group [sys_user_group], etc.).

In some cases, if demo data was removed from the instance, those reference tables may not contain any records, which is why no data is appearing.

Please check the relevant tables and confirm.
