Lists and Filters Evaluation Failing

Hi there, I am brand new to the ServiceNow world. Following the lesson on the University portal. I am stuck on the validation of the List and Filters exercise. I have completed the task as suggested, but it's not validating correctly.

 

I even shut down the instance and created a new one, and lost an instance count, but the problem persists.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello @AijazQ ,

In the instructions, it mentions changing the state to In Progress, but from the snapshot you shared, I can see the state is set to On Hold.

Try updating it to In Progress and re-run the validation.

Hello @AijazQ,


In this exercise, did you change the Incident states directly from the List Editor? If the validation still doesn’t pass after updating them inline, it’s likely an issue with the lab itself.

I’d recommend reporting it to ServiceNow Support / Now Support so they can check your training instance.

Just FYI, I am impersonating as Andrew Och, is that the correct user to work with? The lab doesn't tell us which user to log in with.
