Lost My Community Contributions After Changing Email – How to Restore?

Hi,

I recently changed the email address associated with my ServiceNow Community profile. After doing so, I noticed that all my previous contributions — including accepted solutions, helpful votes, badges, and my rank — are no longer visible. It looks like my profile has been reset or a new one was created automatically.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there a way to restore my old profile and its history?

Would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to get this resolved.

Just to update you—once you merge or move your email to a new one and the data is lost, it's almost impossible to recover it. A similar experience happened to one of the MVPs who had over 1,000 answers and was at the Kilo Patron position. Unfortunately, he lost everything, and there was no way to recover it. The issue might have occurred during the migration process if you didn’t carefully read the instructions and simply ticked the boxes without fully understanding the consequences.
