Check Instance Status:
- Confirm whether the instance is running or stopped in your PDI dashboard.
- If it's stopped, try restarting it.
Network Issues:
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Try accessing the instance from a different network or browser.
Maintenance or Outage:
- There might be scheduled maintenance or an unexpected outage.
- Check your organization's status page or internal communication channels for updates.
Credentials & Access:
- Make sure your login credentials are correct.
- If you're using SSO or VPN, ensure those services are functioning properly.

This message is usually when there is any maintenance is going over PDI, in this case you can wait for few hours until its operational and up and running. If you are in urgent need to do practice or learn, you can release an existing instance and claim a new one as there is no official support for any such issue over PDI.
Tip - If you are doing any POC or learning and capturing in UpdateSet make sure you take backup of it as you never know instance may be non-operational and to avoid major loss of work done.
