I've already tried those steps, I also raised a case CS0555422 with support , and they confirmed its a known issue affecting other user as well

Can you open a case here (assuming clearing browser cache didn't resolve the issue) https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1000420 and send @Jim Poisson the case number?
