Incident Reporting based on time

Good Afternoon,

I recently had a request from a manager to provide them with all incidents submitted to a specific group within a specific date range but only incidents received after business hours.   Is this something that service now can provide?   I've tried using the opened and created fields but when I enter a time it seems to be retrieving all incidents between the date and time stamp not on those days at that time.   I am currently on Helsinki and i'm very new to Service Now to any details would be greatly appreciated.

You'll be happy to hear you can easily report on that. Instead of Opened IS, change it to Opened TREND

Hello, Where might I find the Opened Trend? I am probably missing something right in front of my face. I have the same reporting requirements.
