Has anyone implemented QR/Barcode scanning for hardware asset management in ServiceNow? If so, what tool did you use? We are currently looking at MobileReach but would like to get recommendations if possible. Thanks.

We at CG4 Asset Tracking have many customers who use the QR barcode for scanning assets. We have many who use the regular barcodes. We are certified with ServiceNow and have been on all releases from Dublin up through Geneva, and soon Helsinki. I am available if you still have any questions.

Phaedra, my team worked with MobileReach @ my last company to hook it up with SNOW for barcoding along with the Apple sleeve - if you like I can provide more information and may be hook you up with the right folks.

Hi Phaedra,
Stave has an App in the ServiceNow store that may solve part of your challenge, link at the bottom of the post. I have also worked with the MobileReach team and found them to be great to work with.
