The ServiceNow HR Special Interest Group (SIG) exists to bring together HR and IT professionals to collaborate on best practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing related to the implementation, optimisation, and evolution of ServiceNow’s Employee Experience products, including HRSD and Health & Safety. The group supports the strategic use of ServiceNow to improve employee experience, streamline HR services, and drive digital transformation across the HR function.
