Employee Center Portal Implementation - Feedback needed !

Dear SNUG Community,

 

On the breakout session I have led on the 2nd Day of the SNUG I found out that most of us are facing similar problems with this portal and therefore I would like to collect all your pain points and will approach together with ServiceNow the product team to try to improve it.

 

So please openly share the topics we discuss in comments so we can all enjoy a better experience with it!

We are interested into this topic, but as we haven't started the migration to the Employee Portal yet, we can't bring any input. But we are very curious about the (pain) points which you all are going to share with us 🙂 Thank you!
