I am excited to announce that our next ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) meeting is planned for November 2024 in Vienna! 

While the exact date and agenda are still in the planning stages, we want to involve YOU in shaping the content of this meeting.

As always, your insights, experiences, and ideas are what make these meetings valuable to our community. Therefore, we would love to hear from you!

How You Can Get Involved

1. Propose a Presentation: Do you have a unique use case, a recent implementation, or any ServiceNow-related insights that you’d like to share? We’re looking for speakers who can provide value to the group with their experiences and knowledge.

2. Suggest Topics: If there are specific subjects, challenges, or innovations in the ServiceNow ecosystem that you’re eager to learn more about, let us know! Your suggestions will help us craft an agenda that resonates with everyone.

I am excited to invite you to a special two-day SNUG (ServiceNow User Group) event, designed to bring together our vibrant community for learning, networking, and celebration!

The theme of this SNUG is "Foundation sparks Innovation".

Day 1:

📍Location: Vienna Insurance Group - Ringturm  | Schottenring 30, Wien
On the first day, we will gather for a series of insightful sessions, sharing best practices, success stories, and the latest innovations in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Sorry for the typo. The event is scheduled this year in November for 2 days - 25 & 26 .11.

I am still looking for topics : presentations or volunteers to lead a focus group / breakout session .
