RPA login shows "incorrect password or username" after change the user password.

Step 1: Go to Bot Processes in the instance.

 

Step 2: Open Bot Process: Select the specific bot process that you want to work on.

 

Step 3: Click on In-Maintenance if it is published.

 

Step 4: Go to Credential Sets and click on the Credential Set Name: Access the credential sets associated with the bot process and select the one you want to update.

 

Step 5: Update the latest user-changed password in the Windows Password field.

 

Step 6: Click on Update and Publish the Bot Process: Save your changes to the credential set and republish the bot process if it was put into maintenance mode.
