Next steps after CSA & CAD

i am a student and recently started my servicenow journey. i am certified in both CSA and CAD, i wanted to explore more into servicenow. So, for that what is the best way to do that. what should i consider according to the present market, if i want secure a job.

Since you have CSA and CAD, I would suggest that you focus on Integrations and capabilities available in ServiceNow to perform inbound and outbound Integrations with other applications.

As flow designer functionality has been covered in application developer course, you may try to build more flows covering practical scenarios.

Its also important to understand CMDB and key features related to CMDB data ingestion, management and health

As a B.Tech student currently in my 7th semester, and having earned both the ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications, what are my chances of securing a job or internship in the ServiceNow domain? I would be grateful for any guidance, suggestions, or real-world experiences that could help me understand the opportunities available.

Hi @MidadalaS,

Gain more knowledge on each and every concept refer some real-time problem-solving use cases in ServiceNow Community and YouTube. Also, practice them in your PDI.

Focus on Scripting, Integrations, Service Catalogs, Flow Designer, ACL's and Notifications etc.
