Hi All, 

Can someone help me on how i can use queue manger application / feature.

I want to auto assign cases to agents in the groups based on queue manger configuration.

What plugin needs to activate ?

Hi Ashok, if you install the "Workforce Optimization for ITSM" plugin, that should get you going.

Thanks Allan for reply, i am trying to install that plugin and letsee if it brings queue manger.
This works for HRSD as well right ? any inputs on this point ?
