Reply not showing on Community

I have shared my answer in the reply section for one of the query asked in the community, but when I came back to the same question my reply was not there. I tried second time and did hit refresh and my reply vanished. May I know what is the reason behind this?

I have faced the same thing. Check whether your post is getting rejected. Try after some time.
