After the success of the 404 Page Challenge, we want to put you to the test again!

Complete the REST in IntegrationHub training module and then build your own IntegrationHub spoke for a REST API. Build something fun or build something useful. It is up to you!

Then post a picture of the Action Picker with one of your actions selected below with a description of your spoke and a link to your IntegrationHub spoke on Share or GitHub.

Here's the example I created for the Rebrickable API:

As I post this example, the Rebrickable Spoke works with four Rebrickable resources through the four actions seen in the screenshot. The spoke also includes a subflow that runs the three list actions to download foundational Lego data and tables to store this information.

I plan to work more on this spoke over time. You can find my latest Rebrickable Spoke repository on GitHub. Feel free to fork or copy the repo and add it to your instance to check it out.

If you take the challenge, post your solution here using the Comment function.

This Random User Spoke accesses the randomuser.me REST API to generate random user data. If desired, you can select the gender and nationality for the user, and the API returns a randomly generated user profile. Use the returned user data to create Location and/or User Records in ServiceNow. Here is a picture of the action in the action picker.

This TheySaidSo Spoke returns a famous quote of the day from one of several categories. The category can be specified by the user. The data returned includes the title, author, quote, category, and copyright information.

My REST API is built around Dark Sky API. It allows users to provide a latitude and longitude and get the current temperature, dewpoint, humidity level and any emergency weather alerts within their immediate area.

Are community points no longer being awarded for submissions here? It's no biggie either way, I'm happy I posted a spoke and got a lot out of the training. However, the training materials here still indicate submissions to this board will earn the poster 100 Community points.

Community Alums

They will be awarded. I need to submit your profile to the team. My fault for the delay. Sorry about that. I was very excited to see your post. I wanted to try it. Thank you for submitting! I am glad you got a lot out of the training.
