Yes. Lack of participation and a company willing to host these events stopped these years ago, pretty much ended the Greater Tampa Bay area SNUG's I miss them terribly as they were a great source of info and establishing a network of local SN Developers that I could reach out to directly when I had any questions.
To travel over 1-1/2 hours to Orlando to attend a 4 hour meeting makes no sense to me so I stopped attending these events.
The local Developers meetings were also dissolved, as attendance went way down (from 15 - 16 developers to like 6 at the end) even though we hosted them here at my job location (Tampa International Airport) with free parking, after hours timeframes and free dinner...
Sorry that I couldn't answer in a more positive way.....

Only one I know of. I've not made the trek there, but might soon.
There is also a Meetup group, but it too is rather inactive.

There's no Tampa Bay SNUG at the moment. I think part of the challenge has been location, even for meetups. An event in Tampa can be far for those in Pinellas depending on the location and vice versa. I think ServiceNow would be supportive if enough people were interested.
