Mark,   what is the proper process for signing up individuals for these sessions?   I have some internal staff members who are interested in a few of these sessions?

Hi Ed - thanks for reaching out.   Unfortunately, customers have no way to DIRECTLY register for these webinars, you need to go through your account representative.   I looked up your account and see your rep is Todd Timmerman.   Just reach out to him at: Todd.Timmerman@servicenow.com and let him know what you're interested in along with the emails of those who will be attending. This WILL be fixed soon where you can register directly but until then, this is what we got!   Let me now if you'd like any more info.
