Hello Central Florida SNUG Members!
We are looking for a new SNUG Leader for Central Pennsylvania!
SNUG Leaders must be employed by a ServiceNow customer and not be a ServiceNow partner.
Here is a snapshot of the role of the SNUG Leader:
• Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the member community including dates, venues (for in-person events), and topics
• For virtual events, assist with being emcee and getting customer speakers
• For in-person events, assist in getting customer speakers, hosts, and venue locations
• Recruit/work with steering committee members to gather broader feedback on the needs of the group
• Provide program feedback and ideas
• Assist in assessing potential partner sponsors
• Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members and to help identify customer speakers, hosts, and steering committee members
• ** SNUG Leaders must be ServiceNow customers - Partners are not allowed
The ServiceNow team manages:
• Invitations and registrations
• Meeting planning and coordination
• Event support (in-person and virtual)
• Venue and catering costs (in-person events)
The SNUG leader does not have to host events or arrange them in any way. They play the important role of helping us ensure that members get the most value from attending SNUG meetings and to keep the conversation going by participating in the on-line SNUG community.
SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge.
