Hi All
How can I update the CAB Agenda Table Decision field for multiple changes in bulk by selecting 25 Change Records in one go like we can TAG 25 Changes in one go by selecting the TAG from actions on Selected dropdown in the CAB Agenda table.
Thanks

Hi @suman75
If I understood correctly, you want to map 35 change records to the same CAB meeting?
Yes, it’s definitely doable.
-
Go to the Change list view.
-
Add the CAB field to the list view (if not already visible).
-
Select the relevant change records and update the CAB field with the same meeting/date.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @suman75 The decision of a change is updated through the CAB Workbench only. Whether a change is approved or not, the value is populated there. Could you please share a screenshot so I can better understand the scenario, in case I’m mistaken?

Hi Dr Atul G- LNG
All teams have not activated their approval policies and so the decision and state field is not automatic updated.
I got a solution for this by pressing control key in the keyboard and then selecting the state or the decision field I can update multiple Change records in one go.
