Hello everyone,

For a change request record, when we select an Affected CI in the related list, the impacted CI should be auto populated in SOW if the relationship is mapped correctly as in native thats the same functionality it works.

How to achieve the same in service operations workspace for change request record?

Its an urgent requirement please do update me asap.

Thanks in advance!

In change record, related list ->If we add affected ci(CI'S Being Changed tab) then automatically it gets added to Impacted Services tab in native view. But this doesn't works in Service Operations workspace. How to achieve it?
