Depending of the nature of freeze we could be on 2 types (monthly or end-Year)
§ Monthly Freeze duration:
□ 5 days after month starts.
□ 5 days before end month.
§ Year Ends duration:
□ Decemeber starts on 15th.
□ Ends on Jan 15th.
