RE: How to configure hints for the Incident subcategory field in SOW

Hi All,

 

I configured hints for the incident subcategory choices, but these hints are only appearing in the native/platform view and it's not appearing in the SOW view.

 

Can anyone suggest how to configure the hints for the subcategory choices in SOW.

You need to update two user preferences.

  1. Navigate to User Preferences table
  2. Filter with name is 'glide.ui.accessibility' and user is empty
  3. Change the value from false to true
  4. Now filter for one more record with name is 'glide.ui.accessibility.accessible.tooltips' and user is empty
  5. Change the value from false to true.

I tested on my PDI and it works - thanks..

 

What about the URL field on the element - is there a way to expose that UI16 behaviour in SOW too?
