Update: We have found a partner to work with. Thank you for your replies.
We are looking for a ServiceNow partner in the Chicago area. We have already implemented and would like more of a "phone a friend" setup with hours as well as contract renewal.
The partner search does not filter by location, so posting here. 🙂

We were in the same boat - our current partner is Protiviti - they are Chicago-based and I really like them. We've partnered with them on other applications since 2016!
