Hi Chuck, I can speak at the meeting.  Here are a few topics that we should put to a vote for the group to decide on:

1. The power of ATF
2. Empower the ServiceDesk with process based Flows/Workflows
3. Do it in Prod Now or through update sets- How does First Solar stay agile
4. Ditch PowerPoint and run your meetings with ServiceNow
5. Interactions as your first stop for inbound emails
6. Automate the communication for Outages and Planned downtime
