NEW SNUG Meetup Program:

The SNUGs were developed and are managed so that our members can accelerate value realization and customer success through ongoing engagement, education, and experience sharing. SNUG members include both IT and non- IT professionals.


The SNUGs span the globe with over a hundred unique groups and over 50,000 members across all industries including but not limited to higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, financial services, and many more. These independent communities thrive on networking and knowledge, and the sharing of the newest and most relevant best practices.


Our traditional SNUG groups meet in person once a year and virtually at least once per year. In order to scale and augment these ServiceNow-driven events, we are creating a new SNUG category called SNUG Meetups.
SNUG Meetups are smaller, SNUG member-driven, local events primarily focused on specific discussion areas.

Any SNUG customer can start their own SNUG Meetup. SNUG Meetups should meet at least twice a year either virtually or in-person. These are not intended to replace our traditional SNUGs, but to empower ServiceNow customers to meet more frequently around topics with common interests and to facilitate additional opportunities to network and collaborate.
