FinOps X 2025 was a milestone week for ServiceNow and a strong validation of the strategy we’re driving with Cloud+.
As a Premier Member of the FinOps Foundation and a Gold Sponsor of the event, we connected with hundreds of FinOps leaders, customers, and partners throughout the week. From booth conversations to strategic meetings, one thing was clear: organizations are looking for real solutions that go beyond visibility and drive measurable outcomes.
At our breakout session with over 100 attendees, Abhi Roy and Amod Bhise showcased how teams are already using ServiceNow to optimize public cloud spend, control AI infrastructure costs, streamline SaaS portfolios, and stay compliant with on-prem licensing. Through Cloud Cost Management, a FinOps tool from ServiceNow, teams are saving money, repurposing budget, and turning insights into action at scale.
ServiceNow’s strength as a platform stood out. With native automation, built-in change management, and FedRAMP-certified trust, we bring together the ability to manage cloud, hybrid, and AI workloads in one place. That includes automating BYOL tracking, running cost simulations to model cloud migrations, and unlocking efficiencies across complex environments. Whether it’s optimizing EC2 fleets, enforcing budget alerts across SaaS tools, or making Agentic and Gen AI costs visible and accountable, customers are making FinOps stick with ServiceNow.
Momentum around Cloud+ was unmistakable. FinOps teams, IT, and procurement leaders are aligning around a shared goal: smarter, more accountable spend governance. That’s exactly what Cloud+ delivers: financial control that’s operationalized, cross-functional, and built to scale.
We’re also excited to deepen our work with the FinOps Foundation and the ITAM Forum. With Amod Bhise now serving on the Foundation’s Governing Board, we’re looking forward to contributing even more through FinOps working groups, user engagement, and thought leadership.
