Integration Issue between Cloud Insights and AMD Server

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to bring up an integration issue that I've been experiencing between Cloud Insights and AMD servers. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems or has any insights on how to resolve this issue.

Here's a brief description of the problem I'm facing: When attempting to integrate Cloud Insights with our AMD server environment, I've noticed that the connection and data retrieval process is not functioning as expected. Despite following the recommended setup steps and ensuring the necessary configurations are in place, I'm unable to establish a seamless integration.

Specifically, I've encountered the following challenges:

  1. Connection Failure: The initial connection between Cloud Insights and our AMD servers fails consistently. I've double-checked the connection settings and credentials, but it still doesn't establish a successful connection. It's important to note that we have successfully integrated Cloud Insights with other server environments, so it seems to be specific to AMD servers.

  2. Incomplete Data Retrieval: Even if I manage to establish a connection, the data retrieval process is unreliable. Some metrics and performance data are missing or inconsistent, making it difficult to monitor and analyze the server's health effectively. This lack of accurate and complete data significantly hampers our ability to proactively manage our AMD server environment.

  3. Lack of Official Documentation: I have extensively searched for any official documentation or guidelines regarding the integration of Cloud Insights with AMD servers but haven't found anything specific to this scenario. The lack of comprehensive guidance adds to the challenge of troubleshooting and resolving the integration issue.

Has anyone else encountered these problems or managed to successfully integrate Cloud Insights with AMD servers? I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or workarounds that you may have discovered.
