KB Article: Workflow Field Editable

Hello All,

In KB Article, Have made the "Workflow" field editable when the Expiration State is Expired using ACL.

But unfortunately, "Workflow" field is not editable during the above mentioned condition.

Have kept the necessary logs in the ACL. And I am getting the answer as TRUE.

May I know the correct place to look so that I can make this working?

You can look for below things

1. Any other ACL on this field? does user have correct role?

2. check client scripts and UI policies for read only
