I just want to know for below part we need license or not for each topic-
Like we need hardware for this or this is just done by any Out of box ITAM part
1. I want to know for which item failure is reported and since when that item is in service so that I can check if it is in warranty or not.
2. I want to see report of all failed / replaced/ repaired items so that I can claim it from vendor in case of back to back warranty.
3. I want to see time of resolution of failure so I can see if it get resolved withing time limit defined in the contract.
4. I want to see warranty spare inventory so I can review and propose for replenishment in case of need.
5. I want to see the report of defaulted equipment along with the vendor from whom the same was procured so I can do root-cause analysis.
