ServiceNow Cloud Observability is expanding its geographic footprint by adding an additional datacenter in the European Union. This datacenter will allow ServiceNow customers to maintain compliance with EU specific data privacy rules and legislation. This new offering also supports our customers’ desire for security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in more areas as they expand their geographic footprint.

Cloud Observability customers can now store their data in the regions where their customers reside in order to meet relevant data privacy rules and legislation when working or doing business in the European Union. Additionally, Cloud Observability is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our products, processes, and procedures meet obligations as a data processor.

As our customers’ look to expand into the European Union or into North America, we want to ensure ServiceNow Cloud Observability is available and localized to their region to provide access to the industry’s only solution that brings critical telemetry data (logs, metrics, traces) together. Cloud Observability enables teams to improve security, workflows, collaboration, customer and employee experiences, and ROI. Building off existing solutions on the Now Platform, ServiceNow Cloud Observability helps organizations easily identify issues and reduce outages so they can protect revenue and boost customer satisfaction.
