HI We have a senario, the customer is based in North America and the assets are onboaded in the CMDB with all attributes pertaining to the NA and the respectice owners in NA itself. The funding to those assests comes from the customer's HQ based in Europe. How do we make a governance arrangement to design the CMDB.
